I have never written a review for a shopping experience until now. After many years of avoiding "The Brick" due to a bad experience (had a issue with a sofa purchased from them), I thought I would give them another shot. What a mistake!. The gentlemen was extremely rude, condescending, and indifferent. I don't know if he is the owner, but the service I received today has officially put the nail in the coffin. I will never, ever step foot into another Brick store. Shop around folks, not only are the prices better elsewhere, the customer service certainly can't get any worse! I would rate this store less than 0 stars if I could.
