  Avoid using this dealership for mechanical repairs or services. The individuals responsible for repairs and services are not properly qualified on most current machines. They have outdated training, bad habits, sloppy techniques and a lack of management. I had employed Alpine yamaha to carry out a simple sproket upgrade, I found out that a very expensive nut was incorrectly threaded back onto its location. The nut was crossthreaded and over torqued illustrating that the mechanics can not follow factory instructions for even simple tasks like torque specs. I approached one of the owners to explain the situation and hopefully recoup the cost of the nut and subsequent charges associated with the poor workmanship. The owner refused to take responsibility for the issue and even made the comment that he does not value the opinions of customers. Multiple times Alpine yamaha has stripped bolts, scratched and chiped my paint, missed clips and bolts even installed damaged parts on my bike. I will never return to Alpine yamaha for any business.
